PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME



All Lonestar Project pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted to ensure premium quality.


Please allow 2–3 weeks (10–21 business days) for production and processing before your order is shipped.


During high-demand drops, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.





SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME



Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:


  • 4–6 business days (U.S.)
  • International shipping times may vary depending on location



Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.





ORDER TRACKING



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.





HIGH DEMAND NOTICE



Due to limited releases and high order volume, some orders may take longer than expected. We prioritize quality and accuracy in every piece.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and shipping timelines.





ADDRESS ACCURACY



Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


We are not responsible for:


  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error



If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.





LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES



Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lonestar Project is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


If your package is marked delivered but not received:


  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary



We recommend shipping to a secure location.





SHIPPING DELAYS



We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (international orders)






INTERNATIONAL ORDERS



International customers are responsible for:


  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees



These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
