Return & Refund Policy



We take fraud prevention seriously to protect both our customers and our business.


Orders that are flagged as high risk or suspected fraudulent activity by our payment processor may be automatically canceled or withheld from fulfillment. In these cases, no products will be shipped until the order has been successfully verified.


We reserve the right to cancel any order that shows signs of fraud, including but not limited to:


  • Multiple failed payment attempts
  • Mismatched billing or shipping information
  • Use of multiple payment methods or identities



If an order is canceled due to suspected fraud, no goods or services will be provided. Any authorized payment may be voided or refunded in accordance with payment processor guidelines.





No Returns Policy



All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed.


Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details prior to checkout.





No Refund Policy



Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.


Refunds will not be provided for:


  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Shipping delays once the carrier has possession
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier



By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this No Refund Policy.





Lost or Stolen Packages



Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.


If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must:


  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File a claim with the carrier or local authorities if necessary



We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.


We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates closely.
